Access to the Portal is restricted to approved users pursuant to executed agreements with East5 LLC. You may not share credentials or permit unauthorized access. East5 LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate access at any time.
The Portal provides information regarding potential life settlement acquisition opportunities introduced by East5 LLC solely for evaluation purposes.
Nothing displayed on the Portal constitutes:
All opportunities are subject to seller approval, withdrawal, modification, or prior sale.
Any pricing shown is indicative and non-binding. Pricing reflects preliminary communications between broker and seller and may change at any time. Submission of interest does not create any obligation or exclusivity.
You are solely responsible for conducting independent underwriting, financial analysis, legal review, tax review, and verification prior to approving any transaction.
Underwriting materials, mortality assessments (including eNoah reports), medical summaries, life expectancy metrics, premium projections, and pricing data are derived from third-party sources.
East5 LLC makes no representation or warranty, express or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any third-party information.
East5 LLC acts solely as a facilitator in identifying and coordinating potential acquisition opportunities.
East5 LLC:
Transactions proceed directly between Buyer, broker, escrow agent, and related parties.
All Portal content is confidential and subject to executed confidentiality agreements.
You may not copy, distribute, forward, or disclose Portal content except to authorized representatives with a need to know and who are bound by equivalent confidentiality obligations.
You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials. You must promptly notify East5 LLC of any suspected unauthorized access.
East5 LLC may log access activity for security and audit purposes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, East5 LLC shall not be liable for:

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
If a separately executed written agreement exists between you and East5 LLC (including a Master Life Agreement), that agreement shall control in the event of conflict.
East5 LLC may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
